Program Overview

From its trademark kangaroos to Ayers Rock, Australia is full of wonders. Spend the semester immersed in its culture, learning about the indigenous population, and earning credits toward your degree at CIEE’s partner school, Murdoch University. Courses are available across a range of subject areas, including business, education, IT, media and film studies, and sustainable development. Options for internships are also available for students to gain real-world work experience, including a parliamentary option in the fall and sustainable development option in the spring. Students can also volunteer to mentor local high school students. All courses are complemented with CIEE co-curricular activities and excursions beyond the city to enhance classroom learning and provide intercultural understanding.
