Why Study in Bilbao/Getxo?
summer Bilbao/Getxo program is ideal for students who wish to develop
an international business and/or a bilingual career. Bilbao has
transformed itself dramatically over the last decade. It has moved from
an industrial city to a dynamic, modern, cutting edge, cosmopolitan

gleaming subways, futuristic music halls and a modern airport. Both

such as surfing, rowing, soccer, hiking, bicycling and more. Because of
its natural oceanside beauty, USAC students typically live in Getxo.
The summer Bilbao/Getxo program offers two 3-week sessions as well
as an intensive language approach that allows you to complete a
semester of university foreign language coursework in 3 weeks, or a
year in 6 weeks. You may participate in one or both sessions and choose
from three academic areas: Intensive Language, Business and Cultural

abroad. Participation in formal and informal activities, such as field
trips, optional tours and field studies, cultural events and village
