In partnership with 4A's (American Association of Advertising Agencies) and faculty from the Media, Journalism, and Film (MJF) department, the Center for Career Exploration & Success (CCES) will facilitate a two day TREK for students in the Arts, Media, Communication, and Design career cluster to explore and connect with a select group of employers in Chicago's advertising, design, and media space.

Students will visit select employers and have the opportunity to participate in a brief job shadow. This TREK is intended to introduce first and second year students to this industry in Chicago and serve as a precursor for those who would like to participate in future Inside Chicago courses.

Chicago is a destination for many Miamians and companies are looking to hire a more diverse talent pool, especially in industries where Chicago is
not considered the prime target for new college graduates. While this trip is aimed at one general industry, one career cluster, and first/second year
students, it is open to all students (who meet requirements) at Miami.
